Fairly simple and straightforward process. About 90% of the transaction was done through texts and email. If you want to use the phone they are available as well. I worked with Rico. I purchased a CT5V from out of state and the whole transaction was pretty hassle free. There are points where an automated AI response tool assists with texts but did not immediately identify itself as Ai. I didnt care too much for that but otherwise, the experience was executed very well.

Purchased a 2016 Audi S3 through Alta while being 600 miles away. Excellent service and communication throughout the entire process. Car was delivered timely without any surprises.
